Job Summary

  • We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Manager to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. As a full-time HR Manager, you will be a strategic partner in driving organizational success.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, enhancing employee performance, and optimizing HR practices to support our growth and success.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR strategies that align with Mopheth’s business goals, including talent management, organizational development, and succession planning.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet both current and future organizational needs.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective management of employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
  • Identify and address training needs, and develop programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career progression.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and best practices.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and continuously improve HR processes and outcomes.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and manage programs aimed at improving overall effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align HR practices with organizational objectives and promote a unified approach to people management.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM, CIPM, or equivalent certification is compulsory.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role. Demonstrated success in strategic HR management and performance enhancement.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to drive change and manage complex HR initiatives effectively.
  • You are passionate about driving performance and achieving excellence in HR
