Job Title: Recruitment Analyst / Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conducting interviews and reference checks, as well as participating in the selection process.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Managing client documentation as it regards recruitment and reference checks.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc in HR or any related field.
- CIPM / professional certification in any HR related course is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hr Consulting.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
