Job Title: Retail Sales Agent (Collection)

Locations: Idah, Kaba, Lokoja – Kogi; and Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for engaging with customers on a daily or weekly basis?
  • We are looking for a Beta Sales Agent to join our dynamic team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to clients through consistent and effective daily or weekly contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients through regular sales activities such as door-to-door visits, market surveys, and community engagement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual client needs, focusing on daily or weekly contributions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and consistent follow-up.
  • Manage the collection process for daily or weekly contributions, ensuring timely payments and resolving any related issues.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and payments, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Gather and relay feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and sales processes.

Qualifications

  • SSCE/ OND qualification only
  • Must reside close to the location
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
