Job Description and Responsibilities
- Develop, superintend, and drive a comprehensive Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) strategy that;
- Aligns the Company’s overall business objectives with actions that respect and protect the environment;
- Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Community Development (CD) sentiments;
- Ensures the organization is run accountably, transparently, fairly, and responsibly; and
- Actively manages engagement with stakeholders
Qualifications / Minimum Experience
- Good Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field;
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Sustainable Development; OR/AND Professional Certification in Financial Analysis or Sustainability (e.g. Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Chartered Accountancy (ACA), etc.);
- Three to five (3-5) years’ work experience in a relevant field like Sustainability Studies, Environmental Science, Economics, Finance, or Social Sciences;
- Demonstrable working knowledge of, inter alia: ESG frameworks and standards, Environmental Management guidelines and protocols, Social Responsibility guidelines, Governance and Ethics.
Salary
N120,000 – N250,000 monthly.
