Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician – Plumbing
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The Plumbing Maintenance Technician will oversee the installation, inspection and repairs of pipes and plumbing systems to make sure all of our building’s fixtures operate correctly.
- This will include finding the source of leaks and blockages, fixing or replacing broken parts and testing the plumbing system.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily routine checks of water pumps, hydrant pump, water treatment plants, sprinkler, sewage treatment & swimming pool.
- Periodic maintenance /service of clogged drains, faucets, pipes, control valves.
- Prompt response to all plumbing faults, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Maintain run pumps & heaters; install, repair and carry out general preventative procedures on all plumbing systems.
- Installation, repair and maintenance of sanitary wares & features, unclog drainpipes and mend defected pipes. Carry out any other duty as requested by the Head of facilities.
- Periodic backwash of swimming pool, water treatment & sewage treatment; ensuring regular pool water quality, chlorine & PH balance.
- Respond to swimming pool related work orders and repair non-functioning machinery or equipment and other maintenance tasks.
- Install, examine the installed system for any leakages, repair and carry out general preventative procedures on all plumbing systems.
- Diagnose faults, repair and maintain swimming pools, water systems, filter systems, pumps, and mechanical equipment.
- Keep records of all plumbing maintenance and repair work conducted, including a record supplied orders, and used kits.
- Work from different locations, when required.
- Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc. in relevant discipline
- NYSC Certified
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
Salary
N353,000 – N439,000 Monthly.
