We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Planning Engineer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing project plans, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, optimize resources, and improve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, status updates, and progress reports.
  • Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools and software.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Mentor and train junior planning engineers and project coordinators.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 7 years work experience.
