Job Title: Real Estate Sales Team Lead

Location: Bodija, Ibadan – Oyo

Job Summary

  • The Real Estate Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of real estate agents, ensuring sales targets are met, providing training and support, and developing strategies to increase sales.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Responsibilities
Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Set performance goals and monitor progress.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales campaigns.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Training and Development:

  • Provide ongoing training and professional development for team members.
  • Keep the team informed about industry trends and changes.
  • Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track team performance against goals and KPIs.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee administrative tasks related to sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
  • Manage budgets and expenses related to the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding
  • targets.
  • Previous leadership or management experience.
