Job Description
- Preferred candidate will be responsible for managing the document library for company procedures & policies ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Work with process managers to draft procedures and policies with approved flowcharts.
- Manage document library for company procedures and policies.
- Determine the organization’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Learning and studying the organization’s policy and guidelines.
- Perform audits as per schedule and plan.
- Prepare audit reports and share with stakeholders with identified gaps.
- Get an update on gaps from division head and submit final report to Management for review.
- Promoting ethics and identifying improper conduct within the company.
- Maintain a continuous improvement of all Quality Assurance needed from JMG Operation.
Qualifications
- HND/ B.Sc in Business Administration / Engineering / Occupational Safety and Health, and Environment or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of proven working experience in QHSE-related roles.
- ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 Internal and/or certified Lead Auditor.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
