Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Responsibilities
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years work experience within a reputable and structured business environment.
- Working experience with CRM systems.
- Experience as a Customer Support or similar role.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
