Job Summary 

  • The Corporate Transformation Advisor will support and advise the accountable General Manager in the organisation-wide delivery of the company’s strategy. He/She will be a change management expert, leading business transformation and culture shift to enable integration, discipline, and stellar performance. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned with organisational and transformation goals
  • Collaborate with the accountable GM and other senior leadership to shape and execute the organisation’s change strategy and transformation goals, acting as a strategic thought partner in developing any future operating model
  • Provide strategic insights on industry trends, best practices, and innovative change methodologies
  • Ensure effective adoption of change management and transformation methodologies and mechanics (cadence, Fit4, etc.) to support delivery of the organisaion’s overall transformation programme
  • Collaborate with leaders and other key stakeholders to develop/adopt/maintain a funnel of opportunities and initiatives with defined future impact on the bottom-line
  • Support working with key stakeholders in the design and delivery of training programmes to empower employees with the skills, agility and adaptability needed to navigate and excel in the evolving organisational landscape 
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles to change implementation, developing proactive mitigation strategies 
  • Monitor and assess the impact of changes on organisational culture, addressing resistance and fostering a positive mindset 

Requirements

  • A first degree from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of twenty (20) years’ cognate experience with at least five (5) years’ in a Senior Management role handling end-to-end transformation programmes in reputable organisations (preferably in oil & gas)
  • Proven track record in successfully leading complex change initiatives and cultivating a culture of innovation and adaptability
  • Sound knowledge and experience in managing/ influencing internal and external stakeholders without direct authority 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
