Job Description
- As a growth officer, your primary role will be to acquire new merchants and generate revenue for our Transaction Finance Company.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new merchants & manage existing merchant transactions (Drawdown & Repayment)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new merchants and generate revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
Requirements
- BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Candidate must be resident in the location of the job
- Fluency in local language relevant to the location of the job.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
Additional Benefit:
- Commissions of 5% of the entire revenue generated within your portfolios, payable on overall performance monthly
