We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR & Admin Officer

Location: Lagos

Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated and organised HR & Admin Officer to join the CSR-in-Action Team.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR functions, administering employee benefits, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the organization.

Responsibilities
Ability to:

  • Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
  • Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop training contents for internal and external workshops
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience
