Job Title: Executive / Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, managing communication, coordinating diaries, management of the entire office.
  • Additionally, the Executive Personal Assistant will provide top-tier administrative support to C-suite executives and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Organise and supervise other office activities (facility and maintenance activities, recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Protocol functions; Immigration (immigration returns, CERPAC card, etc) and flight booking either with agencies or online booking)
  • Maintain executive team diaries daily taking a proactive and responsive approach to make decisions and judgements so that executive team members can fulfil all commitments and focus on strategic priorities.
  • Manage executive-level domestic and global travel arrangements and processing related expenses to ensure these are in line with company policies and are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years relevant work experience.
  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience in the field of HR or related fields is a plus.
