Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD) is a registered non-profit organization with the corporate affairs commission, in accordance with the Nigerian Law, FRAD work in both humanitarian and development sector to build the resilience of Vulnerable populations through our interventions in thematic areas of WASH, Nutrition, Protection, Education and early recovery and livelihood. Over the years, FRAD has reached more than 19,000 children, men, women and girls through its various interventions.
FRAD work with the Mission to build the Resilience of vulnerable populations using locally available solutions that ensure participation and bring meaningful development, leaving no one behind. Our Mission and Vision guides our programming to ensure no one is left behind
RECRUITMENT TYPE – contract
- Bachelor’s degree in social science, with at least 2 years’ experience in humanitarian works. Proficient in Microsoft office suites and google workspace. Good report writing and workshop facilitation. Fluent in Hausa, Kanuri and local languages within the LGAs of implementation.
- Experience: Experience in GBV humanitarian response as well as working with women and girls is an added advantage

Duties and Responsibility
Functions / Day to day activities:
• Relate with stakeholders and beneficiaries at the field location
• Actively participate in all FRAD project activities at the field location
• Supervise activities of FRAD volunteers at field location
• Support during trainings, meetings and other engagements as assigned by the project coordinator
• Prepare weekly, monthly and all activity reports at the field location
• Attend and actively participate in sector coordination meetings at the LGA level
• And any other duty assigned by the project coordinator and FRAD management.
Requirement:
- Experience in GBV humanitarian response as well as working with women and girls is an added advantage
