Options seeks a RMNCAH+N Technical Officer who will be a key member of the GANC PNC technical assistance team for TA connect project in Kano.

Summary purpose and objective of role

The RMNCAH+N Technical Officer will be a key member of the GANC PNC technical assistance team in the state, focusing on promoting sustainable improvements in Kano state Primary Healthcare (PHC) systems’ performance and increasing the uptake of Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health and Nutrition (RMNCAH+N) services.

Person specification

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public health, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation of RMNCAH+N programs.
  • Strong knowledge of reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health issues and best practices.
  • Experience working with government health systems, NGOs, or international development projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
