Job Title: Customer Service Officer & Advisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Following up with leads and potential clients via phone calls, emails and social media.
  • Closing sales with prospective clients.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing online enquiries, registrations and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (2:1 or First class) or HND (Upper Credit or Distinction).
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers and smartphones.
  • Familiar with CRMs.
  • Experience working with customer support and sales closing.
  • Achievement orientated
  • Must be teachable
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • High level of problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of needs and issues of clients.
