Responsibilities:

  • Implementing behavior-analytic programs designed to support children with special needs.
  • Providing one-on-one therapy to children, focusing on skill development and behavior management, tailored to each child’s individualized educational curriculum.
  • Collecting and recording data on children’s progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborating with the therapy team, educators, and parents to ensure consistent and effective implementation of individualized therapy programs.
  • Participating in the assessment and evaluation of children’s behavior and progress, with a focus on personalized learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Completion of relevant training programs or certifications related to therapy for children with special needs.
  • Possession of a degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children, preferably in a special needs or therapy environment, with an understanding of individualized curriculum development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and their families.
  • Compassionate and empathetic mindset, with a genuine interest in making a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs through personalized education and therapy.
