LD&D Consulting is a project management consulting firm that specialises in turning key projects into success by working collaboratively with clients and key stakeholders. Our specialist project management team consists of seasoned consultants across various industries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the entire sales team to drive consistent growth in sales performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity, pipeline quality, and closing ratios.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for individual team members and oversee effective performance management.
  • Personally lead high-value deal closures and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and conversion efforts across digital and physical channels.
  • Coordinate and represent the company at high-level client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and track campaign ROI.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in sales or management is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team supervisory role (real estate experience is highly preferred).
  • Exceptional ability to drive results, close deals, and coach others to do the same.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized, with a passion for driving performance.
  • Excellent digital and physical marketing capabilities.
  • Must reside on Lagos Island or be available to work from the Island daily.

Salary and Benefits
N250,000 plus Commission plus Incentives.
