Job Summary
- We are looking for driven Sales officers who are very experienced in sales and customer relations
- He/She must have proven records of meeting up with their sales target and have strategies to improve the current sales of the company.
Job Roles / Responsibilities
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Calling potential and already existing customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales,scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Analyzing competitor’s products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
- Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
Job Skills / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing,or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
- Previous sales experience in real estate firm is an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
