Job Summary
- Staff Line Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company to fill the position of an experienced and proactive HR Manager.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources operations, ensuring strategic alignment between HR initiatives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Handle talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Manage performance appraisal systems and staff development plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports
Requirements
- Degree or certification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
