Summary
- We are recruiting for a competent Digital/Social Media Marketing Executive to create awareness and generate sales of properties to existing and new clients.
Responsibilities
- Digital marketer will be responsible for presenting facilities in ways that will strengthen the brand and boost sales
- Posting on Social Media handles
- Creating content, brand awareness and drive sales.
- Assist in driving and pushing content
- Building an online community
- Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
- Market the product through advertising properties to new clients
- Develop marketing strategies for the company
- Follow up on prospective clients
- Carryout property inspection with interested clients
- Preparation and development of marketing plan
- Write reports and communicate back to the management
- Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Perform other duties as required by management
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- A smart individual
- BSc. in Marketing or related fields
- 2 -3 years work experience in Similar role with proven results.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 negotiations based on proven experience.
