We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk / Operational Assistant

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

  • Keep the environment tidy
  • Attend to all walk-in customers
  • Address all complaints from walk-in customers and direct to the appropriate department
  • Runinterview for new car rental drivers
  • Take records of partner drivers weekly activities
  • Data entry
  • Payment confirmation from clients and partner drivers
  • Sending out weekly reports to partner drivers

Requirements

  • Minimum Educational Qualification – OND / HND
  • 1 – 2 years experience.
  • Proven experience as front desk representative
  • Proven work experience in a transport organization or any related field
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer, photocopier)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Customer service orientation

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
