Customer Experience Representative at Pointsource



Pointsource, an ICT firm involved in Gadget Sales, Web Services and Tech Consultancy, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Receives customers’ requests by telephone / mail, analyzes requests and respond accordingly
  • Assists in resolving customer problems and complaints.
  • Recruit new customers and do follow up
  • Digital marketing & Cold calling
  • Involve in all forms of advertisement drive.
  • General office duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Science related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience
  • Must possess excellent written and communication skills.
  • Persuasive personality with outgoing positive attitude Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
  • Result driven, timely, innovative with good negotiating skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task, work independently or within a team
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel
  • IT & Phone savvy.: Donot apply if you donot have basic computing skills
  • Applicants must have a Government issued ID, Original School Certificate and reside in Lagos, preferably within 15km of Ikeja.
