Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Job Requirements

  • HND / BSc holder in any field
  • At least 2-3 years experience as a Customer Service Officer, Telesales Executive or any related field.

N70,000 – N90,000 monthly.
