Mecho Autotech is a tech-enabled automobile technicians’ aggregator, designed to provide end to end automobile maintenance services to business and individuals. Using technology, we seek to provide a seamless maintenance and repair solutions for vehicle owners across Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Alagomeji, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Generating sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling of company’s services.
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Ensure clients receive timely updates and ensure satisfactory service fulfillment.
  • Responsible for Customer adoption of technology platform.
  • Keep records of client transactions and manage collections of payments.
  • Coordinate with staff members required for service fulfillment to ensure consistent satisfactory service.
  • Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2 – 4 years Proven experience as an Account Manager.
  • Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/relationships.
  • Account Management or revenue generating Experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in startups is a strong plus.
