Job Summary

  • RANDS is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Partner Manager who will create, maintain, and expand relationships with sales partners across different geographies, channels, or markets.

Job Description

  • Independently identify and utilize resources (including analysis of market data and trends) to develop sales plans/strategies to identify, contact and create relationships with new leads.
  • Create, maintain, and expand relationships with sales partners across different geographies, channels, or markets. The Sales Partner Manager will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
  • Represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.
  • Determine appropriate strategies to develop the relationship with potential sales partners through the application process.
  • Prepare market analysis and market intelligence gathering to develop plans and strategies to locate and develop potential sales partners
  • Develop and implement a robust strategic recruitment approach and process to identify qualified candidates
  • Embrace a team approach working collaboratively with other departments (i.e., Legal, Finance, etc.)
  • Manage and effectively communicate a sales pipeline with milestones and statuses through a CRM system
  • Develops referral from existing contacts and sales partners and prospects for self- generated leads
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to develop and implement innovative approaches and creative campaigns to generate leads
  • Be the project manager for sales partner planning, marketing implementation and sales execution, to ensure alliance with sales partners strategy and goals
  • Help establish clear Franchise KPIs and ensure efforts align with and meet these KPIs
  • Facilitate communication of Franchise strategy to sales partners
  • Support creation of presentations to communicate strategies to sales partners
  • Achieve assigned sales quota for each sales partners.
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
  • Complete partner account plans that meet company standards.
  • Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or it’s equivalent in Business or any related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience on sale
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset and good leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success in territory sales growth in current and new markets
  • Proven ability to represent a sales brand with the utmost level of professionalism and Integrity
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation skills
  • 50% travel required
  • Possession of a startup business growth mindset
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Ability to network with and maintain relationships with diverse sets of people
  • Record of selling to or working in unstructured environments.
  • Strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and project management skills
