We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility & Fleet Support Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • The Facility & Fleet support ensures a smooth running of the office environment, assets, and vehicles inclusive.

Core Functions / Responsibilities
Facility Management:

  • Scheduling and planning regular maintenance and building/asset repairs.
  • Ensuring that facilities & assets are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
  • Ensuring the Office space is kept clean and safe.
  • Being compliant with health and safety regulations in all office spaces.
  • Vendor Management

Fleet Management:

  • Scheduling and planning regular maintenance of fleet.
  • Proactive checks of state of fleet.
  • Ensuring all vehicles in the fleet have up to date licenses & documents.
  • Supervising drivers across the group.
  • Vendor Management.

Risk Management:

  • Supporting to ensure all assets of the business are adequately insured and protected always.
  • Ensuring the office spaces are always hazard-free.
  • Acting as HSE contact in the offices.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years Facility & Fleet management skills.
  • People management and organization skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organization, time management and scheduling skills.
  • HSE certification will be an added advantage

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly
