Sales Specialist – Cybersecurity at an Indigenous Technology Company, Lagos.

A driven and indigenous Technology Company is looking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The ideal candidate will:

  • Drive the cyber security sales process to achieve quarterly/annually budget targets
  • Manage the relationship with CISO and compliance decision makers
  • Drive revenue and market share by providing customers with insights and solutions that help them confidently securely move to the cloud
  • Accountable for creating turn-around solutions to ensure that sales plans are met irrespective of current situation
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Keep direct line manager informed by submitting activities, results, and reports
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
  • Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
  • Build relationships and engages with vendors and partners to create go-to-market strategies


  • B.Sc / B.Eng / HND degree in any discipline
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years in sales experience
  • Good communication is required
  • Ability to think strategically with sound service/product knowledge
  • Professional qualification in similar role will be an added advantage
  • Strong business acumen and risk management awareness
  • Proficient in use of MS Office tools
