Regional Sales Manager at an Indigenous Technology Company – Abuja and Rivers.

A driven and indigenous Technology Company is looking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja and Port-Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

The ideal candidate will:

  • Monitor performance and service delivery against established standard(s)
  • Manage an effective business relationship and communication platform with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention of business
  • Report clients’ complaints and feed-backs to concerned departments and ensure follow up till issues are resolved
  • Ensure good understanding of company products and services
  • Assist to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations and tenders for prospect and existing customers within assigned sector
  • Drive the security sales process to achieve quarterly budget targets in the Northern region
  • Manage bids from qualification to submission/contracting, provide process governance and support for the sales team in bid preparation
  • Ensure sales commercial activities are managed in a timely manner, meeting the company’s objectives, and mitigating potential risks
  • Ensure proper management of marketing/sales agents assigned to your region in line with set/agreed target and goals
  • Analyze territory market potentials and determine the value of existing and prospective customers
  • Manage relationship with top government officials, C-level personalities, NGO Country Directors, and other decision-makers
  • Drive region revenue and market share by providing customers with insights and solutions that help them confidently and securely their assets and lives
  • Ensure timely and concise compilation of sales report


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline
  • Candidates must have at least 5 years recognized and rewarded selling experience in enterprise security business solution
  • MBA/Professional qualification (e.g., CPP, CISSP etc.) in a similar role will be an added advantage
  • Proven record of effective account management
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise selling to senior business leaders and top government officials
  • Ability to articulate and present the business value of technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer’s needs
