Job Description

  • Develop growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction  
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to upsell company products 
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
  • Responsible for searching for bids and the full cycle of the acquired projects
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs.
  • Provide product and sales training to clients.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Informing management of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs
  • Liaise with technical support team members regarding customer requests or technical questions from customers
  • Provide product and sales training to clients.

  • Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Professional certification from a recognized professional body (e.g. NIM, CIMN etc) is a plus
  • 3-4 years sales/business development  experience within the IT/Tech space
  • Experience of launching new products
  • Experience with B2B and B2C sales
  • Proven sales track record
  • Possess verifiable contacts of High Net worth Individual and C-Level Executives in B2B space
  • Market knowledge
  • Very good communication and presentation skills 
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Customer service skills
  • Proactive and innovative
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team
  • Able to deal with varied tasks and to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
  • Able to work effectively and responsibly without close supervision
  • Able to negotiate with all types of customers
  • Capable of agile thinking to provide fast, accurate answers to question
  • Ability to manage partnership deals

Additional Information

N200,000 net take home + commission
