Business Development Officer – Agusto & Co

Position in the Company

  • Reports directly to the Head, Business Development
  • The position is a full time role

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, confident and well-motivated individual who thinks outside the box and  will proactively work individually and as a team member in growing our client base and ultimately add value by meeting set targets.

  • Increase sales and profits for Agusto & Co. by effectively prospecting  to attract new clients and retain current clients
  • Ensure effective marketing, sales and delivery of products to customers and prospects through multiple channels such as website, e-mail, social media, and other related platforms
  • Build, maintain and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders within the company
  • Analyse portfolios to identify new opportunities
  • Manage social media platforms and create effective marketing campaigns

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Good Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • Relevant professional qualifications/MBA or MSc and competence in digital marketing will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a reputable corporate organisation as a Sales/Business Development Officer
  • Proven track record in customer conversion and retention
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
