Job Description
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Job Requirements
- HND/B.sc in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as a customer service officer or a sales agent.
- Must have a good retention memory.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize oneself.
