Job Description

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

Job Requirements

  • HND/B.sc in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as a customer service officer or a sales agent.
  • Must have a good retention memory.
  • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize oneself.
